Working one-to-one or in small groups they provide expert tuition for fun and effective workouts that make sure you stay motivated.

Richard specializes in massage. He has worked with the Ducati Racing Team, Tour de France and many world-class athletes over the last 15 years.

He has used massage therapy to help people from all walks of life.
